Now in its 90th year, the annual National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show is the largest and most comprehensive gathering of restaurant, foodservice, lodging and retail professionals in the Western Hemisphere. The 2009 Show will be held May 16-19 at McCormick Place in Chicago. The Show attracts nearly 2,000 exhibiting companies and 70,000 attendees and visitors from all 50 states and 100+ countries.
